Border Headache and Vertigo is a referral-based practice led by Ross Hamilton, focused on the assessment and management of complex headache, dizziness and post-concussion presentations.

​

Patients may be referred at any stage of care. While many have undergone prior medical or allied health management, the practice also serves as a first point of contact for diagnostically complex presentations.

​

Assessment is directed toward diagnostic clarification through integrated musculoskeletal, vestibular and ocular motor evaluation.

​

The practice maintains a limited caseload and prioritises presentations requiring detailed clinical reasoning.

​

Referrals are welcomed from GPs, neurologists, physiotherapists, optometrists and allied health practitioners.

​

Border Headache and Vertigo serves as a regional referral service for complex headache and vestibular disorders.
